I guess the ALF doesn't live by the old saying, "Know thy enemy."

In this months Readers Digest, it's reported that there was this farm in Orgegon where some fallow deer where being raised to be butchered. The ALF didn't like that so they cut a hole in the fence to set the animals free.

What the farmer said is he couldn't understand why anyone would try to save a deer by setting it loose during hunting season.

Reminds me of when ALF back in the 80s set some dogs free from a dog show (because you shouldn't have pets) and the poor animals got run over in the street.

And know thy source, as well.

          "Reader's Digest"--ugh.

            SusyLuvsPaul:"Reader's Digest"--ugh.

Well, they did have Paul on the cover once.

Yes they did. The only issue I've ever read of theirs.

They not only had Paul on the cover, but they included John Lennon in listing the big loves of Paul's life.
