I hat downloads!! - High Resolution Download Issues

      I've tried twice to download my hi-res audio but both attempts have failed. I fixed my computer problem, but now I can't reenter my code for a third time. AHHH. This is why I will always prefer physical media, because it's something that you own and can do anything with.

        It appears you need to contact them for them to refresh the download link devoted to your purchase.

            I have downloaded the high resolution album that came with the delux edition, it's big 4.89GB, took 3 hours to download, and then it couldn't open or extract as it is compressed, I tried twice, still says, File invalid, it's in .uzip format, I read elsewhere that others couldn't either, does anyone know what to do?, thanks.

              I've added your query into this topic and moved the whole thread into our "tech" forum here for others to find if needed.

              Look at the TopSpin help pages identified in my earlier post above.

              Perhaps use the customer help contact for direct best advice.

              Do you have Winzip or Winrar two utility programs often used to unzip such files? Some times the files are self extracting and don't need those programs.

              The Help pages have this specific guide for extracting zipped files within Windows which doesn't need Winzip or WinRar:

              It may be the long download was corrupted during the download and may have to be recollected but check with Topsin before commencing such a long download again.

                Thanks, I don't need winzip to extract, windows does it, however keeps saying file invalid, I contacted Topspins as advised, waiting for their reply, thanks again.

                    I finally got some time to myself, so decided to use the little card I got with the 'Band On The Run' deluxe edition ... to download more Macca

                    It was taking ages on my laptop (the internet isn't the fastest) so after an hour, I had to go & do some stuff ... I left the laptop running & went about my business, thinking it would complete downloading & would be ready when I got back.

                    I got back, no such luck ... my laptop had 'locked itself' & kicked itself out of my internet (a plug-in dongle) ... this was completely my own fault. But, now I've tried to re-enter the code, & it won't let me It's saying, in so many words, that I've used to code already & I need to contact admin/ customer support.

                    Did anybody else have a problem like this? If so, how did you solve it?

                    I'm sorry about the 'non-problem' but I'd like to download the stuff, seeing as I paid for the deluxe edition AND had to pay some sort of tax on it too!!!

                        Yes many of us had problems, but contact Topspins as Martin said and they'll fix it for you, they're good.

                          I just received my Deluxe from HMV. I ordered there because I had a voucher. The sticker says download is included, but there is no card, or any URL anywhere. How can I download then?
