Anyone having problems downloading the WOA hi-res audio?

Hopefully this isn't duplicating another thread (I searched).

I recently purchased the Wings Over America Deluxe Edition and am attempting to redeem my free download of the hi-res audio files but am encountering difficulties.

From the paulmccartney.com/redeem page I enter my d/l code and the page accepts the code and goes to a page asking me to "log in" using one of the various options. I've tried both the Facebook and Twitter options (the only I have) and both request my login info, then inform me it will redirect back to the artists page to begin the download. The redirect page just sits forever and never takes me to a download page. I've tried this on two different PC's, one with Win 7 and IE9, the other running Win 8 and IE10. The same results occur with both PC's, the redirect never occurs. I've checked and the pop-up blocker is off on both devices.

Any ideas how to get this working? Anyone else with the same issues as me?

Yes, Topspin is very good about giving you another download code if necessary. I had trouble with only one section of the download. The rest I was able to do on IE with the original downloads I had received in an email.

Topspin did get back to me and it has been resolved. Using both IE and Safari I was unsuccessful, however installing and using Google Chrome did allow me to get the downloads.

Not sure if is the same issue. I just got my WOA Vinyl from Amazon. Tried to redeem the digital download of the tracks, file started downloading but simply stop just at 92k. Tried a second time on a different computer, and same issue happened.

When trying to open the downloaded Zip file, obviously reports is the file can't be uncompress.

I tried a third time, but now when trying to redeem this message appears: "The number of redemptions for this code has been exceeded".

What now? Or with whom I have to check this?

Contact Topspin (see Triplets post above) I had the same problem and they gave me a new redemption code.

I'm downloading all my deluxe sets tonight. Pipes Of Peace and Flowers In The Dirt were no problem. However, Wildlife and Red Rose Speedway the link address went to a down page. For all my older sets, going to the redeem page, I click redeem, and nothing happens. Maybe a moderator can help me? Thanks!
