Exactamundo! (I think that's how its spelled!)

1967 to 1970 The White Album, Abbey Road, Let It Be, McCartney, All Things Must Pass, and Plastic Ono Band. Whoa!

              September 1966 - April 1968 for me.

                          Great! How are you jl4761?

My favorite "Beatles period" is probably the middle years (so hard to choose though!). Revolver was always my favorite album.

Hi Rubber Soul13! I'm doing great, thanks for asking! I hope you and your family had a good Thanksgiving!

                            Revolver is a great album!

Mid-late 1968. The Beatles never looked or sounded cooler. The White Album & Hey Jude/Revolution single.

Sorry, I have to disagree! I hated John's long stringy hair then! To me, they looked the coolest during Sgt. Pepper.

My favorite is the 'white album' era because I don't believe in uniformity of looks and music.

Great choices! In my opinion the White Album is the perfect Beatles "sampler." The number of unique styles and sounds that the Beatles packed into that album is amazing. From the hard rocker "Helter Skelter" to the light-hearted "Piggies" to the singalong "Ob-La-Di" to the beauty of "Blackbird"...the list goes on.

                                    Nancy, those costumes are legendary!

                                          I figured you'd say that!

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't criticizing the Beatles for having uniform look. I think what they did were natural and appropriate for its time.
