Will the youtube feature ever get fixed fixed?

Beautiful locations, I'd love to visit.

When I visited Ireland, I was told that "The Mull" was that way ... on on a clear day you could see it. Being that it was Ireland, it rained or was misty and sometimes just spittin'... I could imagine that I was seeing it...

          nice link to Kintyre

Amazing how when left alone (for 44 years), nature will take over.

Visited there four years ago but the weather was cold, rainy, wind blowing so this video actually shows me more than we saw.  Thanks.

My great grandmother was born in Ireland (Cork) and got to vist Ireland several years ago. On of the most stunning places I have seen was the "Cliffs Of Moher".

I cracked up when (because of his accent) it sounded like he said "$hitting the film" instead of "shooting!" 😂

A beautiful song. that should have been the crescendo of Paul's peak period. Following Wings Over America. A giant of a song in the UK and Australia.... I still cannot work out why it didn't do it in the USA....

Just a beautiful three or four chord song.... one of my faves.... And to see it live... wow....

I believe the reason it wasn't a hit in America was because Americans didn't really know or care what a Mull was.  It was unrelateable.  It was and still is the top selling single in Britain.  One can imagine hearing it ...and singing along with it in a Pub in Btritain. Sold more copies than any single by The Beatles....including She Loves You, which had held the top spot until Mull of Kintyre came along in 1977.  The flip side of Mull, Girl's School, got some airplay in America but wasn't the big smash it should have been.  Excellent rocker!!

Yeah, I still haven't worked out why the US market didn't get a hold of it... I've mulled over it, but I still don't really know what a mull is either.... but, if it had the same success as it did in the UK and Australia, it would have kept that peak period going even longer..... I know they went for Girl's School instead....which I must say is a great underrated song.... got a great vibe.... very underrated.

Some marketing people made a bad decision. The song is great. Not knowing what a mull is - is a bad excuse

Many don't know what things are in other songs, but they learn them soon enough or accept them as they are. A beautiful song - even on a first listen one could hear that it was about a place and try to find out what this place is or just always listen to it as is and still enjoy how it all goes together. Just a bad guess by the music people in the U.S.A. The true fan knew it and played it.

The Maybe I'm Amazed and Band On The Run Fan may not have known it. As another guess, the USA music people may have heard 1 second of bagpipes and guessed not to play it

because of their poor decision- many would not hear it.
