Was always my favorite and is my wife's favorite. My Mom liked Paul the best also. My daughters who are in their 30's  favorite Beatle was George.

He's my favorite Beatle and always has been (I do also love the others too though). I definitely think that Paul will be appreciated much more in the years to come than he has been.

My favorite since day one (Feb. 9, 1964) Would have loved to have seen some of their earlier shows in 1962 & 1963.

Musically yes, as a personality no......that would be George, followed by John.

How could Paul NOT be your favorite Beatle?  Love him forever and forever!

                  YES!

                          😂 ROTFLMAO!

I was always Paul and John 50/50...... as the years have rolled on, I am now probably Paul 50.5% to John 49.5%.... I love them both. Paul just slightly gets the nod because of his musical versatiliy.

And, as the years have rolled on, I just love George more and more. Not just his music, but his great grasp on perspective. He didn't take shite as an answer.

I must admit, until I was told otherwise, I always thought Kestrel was a woman too.... I think it is the avatar.

The lesson being... perceptions can often be wrong!

I made the same mistake years ago when I first met Kestrel online. The avatar threw me off too!

                                And even though he's English:

It's no problem at all. It just goes to show though that for all the supposed differences between males and females, when it comes to the written / typed word, its hard to tell whether its been craeted by a male or female. And I actually find that very interesting. Perhaps though I'm more in touch with my feminine side when writing?

But I do accept that my avatar might have been influence. It tooks me years before I accepted that Nancy wasn't really Paul McCartney in disguise !!

For the record, my avatar is taken from the first single/video by my fave band, Let's Eat Grandma. Jenny and Rosa were 16 & 15 at the time so its quite nice to consider that anyone would think I was actually (still) that young.

That's a nice idea which I'll definitely keep in mind.

Paul has been my favorite since I remember identifying the four Beatles on the album cover of the 1964 album,"Something New."

My mother said that when asked who my favorite was, I always said Paul (this must had been about 1968 and I was four years old). I love all four of the Beatles. John could make me laugh like no other (reading Lennon Remembers when I was about 16-17) and he was Paul's perfect creative foil. George's music, spirituality, anti-materialism, and gardening has inspired me and I am so happy to see Ringo happy and healthy in his 80s and I saw him in concert once and he was great. I don't like comparing this Beatle to that Beatle and saying this Beatle was better....

But Paul has been my favorite musician for the past 54 years.  He has been a source of inspiration as a creative force and as a working class person who made it very big based on talent and drive. Our lives are full of ups and downs and the one constant for me has always been (beyond my family) McCartney's music. I cannot imagine what my life would have been without Paul McCartney in it.
