Order not recieved

I pre-ordered Deluxe Ram set,mono vinyl and double vinyl from Pauls web site.I ordered it on the 4th May,so they had til the 21st to get it ready for sending.Its now the 31st may and i still have not recieved anything,I have contacted Topspin over the last 2 days and they have not got back in touch.There is no phone number to contact them.I have spent over £106 with nothing to show for it.Everyone has been enjoying there records and i feel left out

Members experience with TopSpin is that they do not offer guaranteed day-of-release fulfilment They do usually offer a "Live" receipt so return to your original e-mail purchase confirmation and look carefully at it - there'll either be a link to see the despatch info or it'll just show on the page the orders current status. They will also be a dedicated link to customer services which will automatically give them your order details if you use that to enquire of your status. But on past form a ten day delay is not unusual and you're not alone in that left-out feeling while waiting for your order. Their FAQ suggests you'll also receive an "order despatched" e-mail when sent:
You will be notified when your order is dispatched and can refer to your live receipt for the most up-to-date shipping status and information.

Cheers Martin.But im also having trouble over an Electric Arguments vinyl lp that i bought over 10 weeks ago.They keep saying that they will look into it.Is a bit annoying.Ran out of patients long ago.I know that they are a busy company.But 10 weeks.I have also had trouble with t-shirts in the past.Ordered a top.They canceled it,gave me my money back,said that they dont deal with Mccartney no more.Then put the price up.Give him his due.A man from Bravardo phoned me to appologise and gave me a free Paul mug

10 weeks? once bitten twice shy Gary, I wouldn't purchase anything from them again if I went through what you have. its quite obvious customer service isn't one of Topspins priorities.

I dont think it is Macs.They keep saying its been sent.There dispatch centre is in Sandbach which isn`t to far from Liverpool and they still canny deliver.I could have walked there and picked it up.

I gave up on Topspin some time ago after less than satisfactory experiences. Hope you get your issues resolved.
