Need Help From Moderator ASAP

Hello, I bought the PM hot sound package months ago when they went on sale. All I received was the ticket in a fed ex envelope. I contacted Nationals park, they told me to contact tickets.com where the package was sold. I spoke to someone at tickets.com, they told me to contact Paul McCartney official website. That does not sound right at all!!! I don't know where to find a contact us phone number. I need help ASAP as the show is July 12. I have bought "packages" through ticket venues before and I have always had good experience but never did a Paul McCartney ticket package. I was hoping for a good transaction here. I don't know what the problem is I paid a lot of money for this and all I have is a ticket. I am supposed to have Special entrance, invitation to the soundcheck, pre show hospitality, exclusive merchandise. Nothing has come to me to let me know how to get the rest of the package. Who do I contact? Do I receive an email or what? I know merchandise might not get to me until after show, but it was March when I purchased ticket package and it is now July 1st.

I'm not a Mod, but I think I can help you. (I did the Hot Sound Pkg in Memphis) You should receive (soon) an email about what time to arrive, etc. You DO NOT need this letter to get in--just a picture I.D. and your ticket. You tell them your name and you have to sign next to your name. Then they give you a VIP lanyard and a wrist band. They also search you first. We were told to arrive at 4 pm but I got there at 3 pm accidently! So I hung around, then ate something, then bought a t-shirt and program from the outside vendor. Oh, and the entrance was just at the front of the venue and was marked VIP or something like that. They give you the backpack & tote bag after the soundcheck and before you eat. I bought my ticket through Ticketmaster so I don't know about Tickets.com, but don't panic, as I said you really don't need the email to get in. But contact them again and ask them who is handling the VIP packages. Ask to speak to their manager if they give you the run-around! Good luck!
