Already for months, it's like a lottery. No way one of us can attend this special appearance.

I love that Paul is getting around lots, but I really wish he'd do at least one appearance/show/anything where his fans actually stand a good chance of seeing him. I can't believe all the things I've had to miss this week!

Same here, same here... And to think the surprise gig in London still have to come up, unable to attend for anyone not in the centre of the city on that particular moment. Just one appearance with regular tickets on sale, how hard can it be.

There's a surprise gig coming in London?

That is called a TOUR! I hope McCartney does a proper tour to promote NEW, I think it's cool all the TV and surprise shows in NY, LA and London, but a real arena tour would give this CD legs.

Yeah, I bought my daughter their new album and I really like it. I think Appreciate is not a million miles away from some of their stuff (bit of the Cure in there too). And the Arctic Monkeys did the best version of a Beatles song at the Olympics opening ceremony!

I have ask to Brian Ray on twitter if Paul will play in the future other "new" songs, and he said : maybe so.
-
I recall Brian mentioning to Dr. Love Songs on Twitter that they've tried playing I Can Bet together. May see that in the future!

Strangely, I'd sort of missed 'I can Bet'. Just re-listened to it and think it would be great little live contender. Particularly as it's not too high...
