What music of Paul's do you exercise to?
-
Over the years I've used Paul's music to exercise to. I love my trampette and at the moment the perfect track, rhythmically, is Everybody Out There. I also love putting Working Classical on when I'm practising yoga. Anyone else have any suggestions please?

"Everybody Out There" is a good choice.

All Seriously : RAM is my favorite when I work out

The whole Twin Freaks album. I've done it.
-
I love Wings Over America for walking. Plenty to get my heart rate going!
-
Electric Arguments. Full album. Awesome to do yoga to, as well as cardio.
-
I like "Strawberries, Ocean, Ships, Forest" for walking. Sets a perfect pace!
-
Mumbo works well from Twin Freaks then maybe Arizona Light and cool down with Sun Is Shining
-
I like 'I Lie Around'. That's funny. Of course, the best exercise song would have to be 'The Back Seat of My Car'. Works every muscle in the body.
