I was trying to sign up for a membership to receive newsletters, info about pre-sale tickets, etc. I am receiving the emails that say to click the "confirm" button in order to activate, when I click "confirm" it says that I am successful but then when I go log in about pre-sale tickets it says that my email is not eligible for pre-sale tickets. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions to why this is? And maybe a way that I can go about fixing this problem. Thanks!!

Hi! Welcome to the message board! With each pre-sale or cluster of pre-sales comes a main site registration deadline for pre-sale participation eligibility. Having just registered at the main site, you have missed the pre-sale registration participation deadline for previously existing pre-sales and are therefore receiving the message of which you write. You have indicated that you have registered at the main site, received the registration confirmation e-mail and followed the instructions within that correspondence to receive notification of successful registration. You are now registered at the main site and able to participate in forthcoming pre-sales.
