Directed by Blake ("Breakfast at Tiffany's" & "The Pink Panther") Edwards. Based on the book "A Case of Need" by Jeffery Hudson aka: Michael Crichton. In one scene, Dr Peter Carey (Coburn) was politely, but carefully interrogating a college female roommate (Torme-March) of a dead girl (Edwards). Inside the girls' dorm room, there's a large poster on the wall of this guy (the actual image in the movie):
