This isn't an access code that you need to enter, it's a code that happens behind the scenes. Have you contacted Crowd Surge?

I got a floor ticket... but it says seat 15. The seating chart shows only 12 seats per section.... Hmmmmmm

Wow. First of all, I was able to get the tickets with just a few seconds left. So...I am HAPPY! 'Bout had a heart attack...but I got them. Row in the center section. Not as good as I wished for but I'm just glad I got them. Anyone know how many rows they reserve for the VIP?? I was able to get Row 4 a few years ago...and it wasnt VIP. However, back to Crowdsurge, this needs to be addressed. One should not have so many issues with a website. Seems like quite a few of us here had issues with Crowdsurge this morning. And Ive read where others have had issues with them in the past. I mean...make it simple! Why so many issues?? They need to perform some updates of something. It should not be such a stressful thing to get a pair of tickets!! And these error messages saying things like this are unacceptable. Especially when I never even entered an access code to begin with. And heaven forbid they actually have a Help line that you can call. No, because they know their phones would be ringing off the hook. I will send an email complain...and I feel that if all of us who had issues do it, then they might take notice.

I find it odd that there are so many problems every time there is a pre-sale of McCartney tickets in the US. Does that usually happen in Asia and Europe as well?

All of this is the reason I won't even try Crowdsurge. Not worth all the problems and I will not pay foreign transaction fees.
