Wolf Hunting Bill in MI
-
It's an election day here in the States this coming Tuesday. (So, get out and vote or you'll get blamed for when things start to suck again) but the point of this post is that there is a bill on the ballott about Wolf hunting. The real issue that is being brought up in the current ads against hunting isn't about any moralities of killing animals. (That argument doesn't work on sociopaths anyway) Instead, it points out how the bill gives the power to declaire if Congress should have the power to declaire it now legal to hunt wolves rather then the current wildlife bureau that does make that termination. It's just a power grab. the bill even states "Wolves and other animals." As the opponents of wolf hunting point out: No one eats wolves. and it is already legal to kill a problem animal. So why this bill then? I think that's a great point about this issue and one that needs to be used on issues like this in the future. Rather then preaching a morality your opponent may not share.
