Ringo's Skechers commercial
-
Ringo appears in a new television and print advertising campaign for Skechers: Television advert:
-
cute
-
Who is that on his shirt?
-
^^ does it look like Michael Jackson? What I first thought. Anyway, he is looking very handsome! Love his necklace.
-
That's what i want to look like three months before my 75th birthday! Wow....Ringo is the new 'cute' Beatle still around. Yep - a dude just said that. lol
-
Yeah, he looks darn good! I would like his hair to be a bit longer though. Funny, nobody ever complains about Ringo dyeing his hair/beard and you know he must!
-
My mom had always thought Ringo was the ugly Beatles back in the 60s but when she saw him a few years ago, she thought: When did he get handsome?
-
Ringo was the most popular Beatle amongst American girls when they came to America. He was always inclined to be smiling and happy. And, the girls loved it. I watched it all happen...as it originally happened!
-
I saw a shortened version of the commercial last night.
-
Unsurprisingly, it's not been seen in the UK yet.
-
Not to be mean or anything but he looks younger than paul these days
-
I think Paul looks like his ageing father looked. There are some who get more wrinkles with age, slightly drooping cheeks, I guess you can't fight genes you are born with. Paul has perhaps lived healthier than most rock stars, and Ringo have partied hard, so it's not necessarily a lifestyle thing. Let's hope they both survive myself. I love to follow their music careers.
-
In fairness, I think Ringo's beard and sunglasses -- which he's not been seen without in ages -- hide some wrinkles. But I hope I'm that spry at 74! Alas, I'm not at 58, so I probably shouldn't get my hopes up.
-
Ringo has looked great for his age for some time. I'm thinking the beard works. Plus he started from a lower comparative base. X minus Y always works better when Y is lower than the average base. Looks great for his age, though.

I agree. The glasses & beard hide a lot. They are both quite spry for their ages! Isn't Ringo a vegetarian too? Maybe that has helped.

Yes, Ringo is a vegetarian. He also quit drinking about 25 years ago or so, too which also helps.

When you actually stand beside Paul and Ringo and look at them they look every bit of their age. That being the case, they do still look GOOD for their age! Photography assists.

So, where were you standing beside them recently? inquiring minds want to know

I don't know if Ringo's appearance can be measured by a photo facilitated by a professional photographer, stylist and makeup artist? Also, Ringo is an artist, he knows how to act in public. I would think that Barbara knows something about his 'bad hair days'... I think he may well have longer hair. I've never understood people who have lots of hair who shaves it off. The peace and love sign also looks better with longer hair.

He also had the best bod. Seriously.
