No 51st or 52nd. I know all of his stories and can tell them. Don't like seeing people on stage. Has to have a set list with few Beatles songs--Wings and solo and I highly doubt that ever happens.
I'm sure there will be something there that you'll enjoy
I will definitely enjoy the music!
I kept hoping he would add Des Moines as I'm sure did you. Hope you have a great time! Since he evidently is changing a couple of songs for the B-show it will be that much more special.
-
Yes, I was hoping for Des Moines. Had Milwaukee been indoors, I might have gone there. I'm done with outdoor shows. I will have fun at #50!
-
I still have my floor seats available for $350 for 2 seats. Buying them from the venue would cost you $550 for 2. Anyone interested, please email me at csfretcruiser@yahoo.com or just PM me on here. I can't go, and really need to get rid of these and want to recoup at least some of my money. Thanks, Austin

Did this concert get cancelled or what??? < crickets chirping > Hellooooooo?? anyone there?
-
Did this show sell out?
-
As predicted, Jet in the Letting Go slot.
-
At least we know it is happening!

Amen!! I was getting worried that the concert wasn't going on.
-
- I hope people aren't commenting in the middle of show and instead are into the show 2) what is it that everyone is waiting to hear? You already know the set list. What are people waiting to hear about? I was at last night's show. Great show, but cant think of what I would have reported on mid-concert (or even after)

- for night two in Washington he added Jet and I Saw Her Standing There in place of Letting Go and Hi, Hi, Hi respectively, so we are waiting to see if he added those too. Jet was in the Letting Go slot, which I saw on the periscope feed.
-
Jet was in tonight, no Letting Go. Jet was also done in soundcheck so it was interesting to have it show up in the set as well. Encore was identical to night 1, with Hi Hi Hi and Birthday. No "I Saw Her Standing There."

And nobody brought up on stage

I gave in and bought a ticket last night. My 50th and final Paul concert. Getting too old for the travel (don't know how he does it), not to mention the $$$$. Bought ticket from venue's website for regular price.
Never to old! 50 isn't enough.
50 is enough for my pocketbook. If somebody wants to fund Paul adventures, that would be great.

And nobody brought up on stage
One of many highlights for me..

Just back from both Wed./Thurs. shows - "The End," for us, for now, for this year - 5 shows in 2016. Enjoyed them all! Only downside of Cleveland shows was location of $253 fan club tickets - not all that great in Sec. 4, row GG (oddly, for both nights). I usually have better seats through fan club (WHEN I score them), so that was a bit of a disappointment. At first, I thought his voice was a bit rougher on Thurs. night than Wed. night, but he came round - his daughter Mary & her son were in the audience along with wife Nancy, so I like to think he wanted to show what Granddad can do!!! Time to start saving my pennies for next year....
-
Stella's kids call him Grandude. Don't know if Mary's kids call him that. Mary put some video of Live and Let Die on Instagram.

Soundcheck report?
-
FlowersOnTheRun:
Soundcheck report?
he did Jet, Junior's Farm, Whole Lotta Shakin Goin On, I've Just Seen A Face....my friend has the rest of the setlist so will try and get it. Mary and her son were there. They got to sit up in the front.
-
He was late! Did he cut short the soundcheck?

No, it was about the same length as usual for this year.
