...disgards the Beatles/Post Beatles line in the sand and just compiles a group of Paul's best songs from any period of his career? My guess is that it's possible some day - but unfortunately, it sounds more like a posthumous project for a generation down the line, questionable even within my own life time (I'm 52 y/o for frame of reference)

I agree with you, this is probably something that could happen after Mr. McCartney is no longer with us. At that time, his estate will probably try different things to make some money from his vast catalog. P.S. Red Sox could be tough this year with addition of getting Chris Sale. I am liking Yankee youth movement and think they will be contenders again in 2018.

Wouldn't write off those yankees just yet - they always find a way to stay pesky even on their down years But I agree, the Sale signing was big for the Sox. Last year the Sox got a break out year from Porcello. But the rest of the staff, while not horrible, was far from consistent
