Paul McCartney 2017 Rumors
-
I hope he come back to Chile ð??¨ð??±!!!!

per Fans on the Run FB page: "Alright Brazil, here's what's on the rumor pipeline: there are three shows being negotiated; Curitiba and S?o Paulo (Oct 15th), and possibly Salvador or Manaus. Two or three other Latin American countries are under the radar. Await new surprises and other official announcements very soon. USA: yes. And a lot more! Until Paul announces it, DO NOT mortgage your house, buy non-refundable airline tickets, book non-refundable hotels, sell a kidney or spend your child's college tuition or inheritance. DO save and save and save. Eat healthy but cheap, smoke less, don't spend vacation time, turn off the lights and ... you get it. Reminder: Paul likes to tease us and throw curve balls. New setlist would be superb but not a promise. Maybe a song or three?" those October dates put my thoughts of ACL Music Fest off the table

This is getting very exciting! Here's hoping he hits the East Coast, near me...

WixRocks!:
If that's the case...I'd love to see him in Europe in June considering "it was fifty years ago today..." and his 75th b-day...then over to the states in July/Aug like in 2010, release the record in September with promo gigs and then to the southern hemisphere in October! ...but who really knows :
This is exactly what I was thinking. It'd be great if he was in Europe & UK for the 50th anniversary of Pepper, his 75th birthday and possibly even the 60th anniversary of him and John meeting. A girl can dream right?
-
Nope, I'd rather he tour Europe in the autumn or around Christmas (basically after he has released the new album) so that we can get some new songs in the set list. Hopefully.
-
Has any speculation about UK dates? I would love to see him again, no matter how similar the setlist is, his shows are always great to me

I hope the 'new surprises' might involve something UK or Europe based as yes 2017 is a big year for Beatles related anniversaries ! East coast is also a good shout but cant stretch to anywhere further unfortunately!!! Fingers crossed!

I predict, with near certainty, that this will happen on June 1st
But, only because it should... -

But, only because it should...I so hope it does, but have serious doubts....Paul has never been one to invest interest in anniversaries lately. In fact, I think that clip is the only instance of oh I dunno...the 21st century to even be remotely connected to an anniversary.
-
If Ringo suggests or initiates it, Paul might go along with it. Ya never know!
-
Another possible date has been mentioned: October 17 in Belo Horizonte, which was where the Out There tour started. So right now we have October 13, 15 and 17 as rumored dates in Brazil.
-
Any chance / rumour of a NYC date during the 20-27th july window span? I will be there during that week and will be in heaven if my trip matches a Macca gig!
-
Will it be TODAYYYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?

today will be yesterday, but only tomorrow...

I would think we would get an announcement of upcoming shows on the opening day of the Japan tour.
-
Really keeping my fingers crossed for Liverpool...it's on the bucketlist
