Paul's website regarding ticket presales is VERY misleading.

The PM.com presale unlock is working now. Good luck to all.
And yes, this was a very unfortunate mess.
But now the seats suck. Not even any VIP packages. I had row 5 in my cart.

What is the difference between the "Internet Presale" and the Tickets that go on sale to the General Public?
Do you need a pass code for the Internet Presale?
Presale happens before the onsale. Thats why its called a presale.

OMG
what a farce.

Thank goodness, was just able to get two for Rupp Arena

What in the world?! SO it's "fixed" now?! This is so unfair and wrong. If TM made a mistake, they should have sent an email out and arranged to have the pre-sale another day after people were notified. So they just put the fanclub presale tickets up hours after they were supposed to go on sale. Were we supposed to wait at our computers and hope that someone fixed their mistake?! I'm so upset. Now there are no good seats left for Greenville. I wish I would have seen this post hours ago.

Yes, thank you. I already understood the difference between the Sale Names "PREsale" and "Onsale"
so.....Let me rephrase my question....
What are the specific "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" (aka Terms of Use) of ticket sales for the "Internet Presale" VERSUS the specific "TERMS AND CONDITIONS" of ticket sales for "General Public Onsale".
For example, one of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the AMEX Presale (today, 9/4/18 starting at 10:00 a.m. local time ) is use of an American Express Credit Card....VERSUS...TERMS AND CONDTIONS of the General Public Onsale (Friday, 9/7/18 starting at 10:00 a.m. local time), which, I assume, is use of ANY credit or debit card.
Different TERMS AND CONDITIONS for each type of sale
Thanks in advance for your help!

The general public online sale will accept Visa, MC or Amex.
The crazy thing was that the Lexington show had a selection for pre-sale VIP that said nothing about Amex. It also had a selection for Amex VIP. But with Greenville, all were AMEX. (Which I had pre-loaded in my Ticketmaster account and did not have to enter any code)

You can’t tell what the exact seat numbers are, so with the floor seats, you are taking the chance that you might end up on the far left or right as opposed to closer to center if you choose F1 or F3. (There is one set of F2 available in row M)

RADIANCE, you will NOT find $250 seats in F1, F2 or F3! Those all cost $2100, $1600 or $700!

$29.50 seats aren't available.

Well that’s a first. I’ve had front row before and 4th row and never paid over $300. Ridiculous.

I paid $700/ticket for section 102, row DD (row 4) Section 101 is closer to the stage.

Could someone please share what the Phoenix presale ticket code is?
Unfortunately AMEX presale only has single seats left:(
Thanks in advance,
John

I just don't understand why this is so underhanded. So if you register for the presale you don't get a code unless you buy a laminate? That is completely unfair and unethical. Why would they do this? I understand they want the sales from the digital album but suckering fans into buying another copy is ridiculous.
