New Laurel & Hardy: The Definitive Restorations Blu-ray set review

Leslie, Martha was born June 16, 1966 and died in 1981 at the age of 15 (pretty old for a large dog!) I heard she died in the barn in Scotland and Paul held her and cried for two hours.

Awww, that must have been so sad. She meant alot to him. I heard that John Lennon cried uncontrollably when one of his cats fell off their balcony at the Dakota apartment building.
Thanks for the correct date about Martha, I've seen both 1981 and 1982 listed.

Stan and Ollie was excellent!
Watched them as a child, along with the 3 Stooges and The Little Rascals. The only episode that I can specifically remember is the one at the Haunted House, it must have scared me...
Nice to hear about the Blu Ray would like to get that, along with Stan and Ollie
Hi love2travel,
As mentioned earlier in the thread, I'm the same as you. I watched Laurel and Hardy, The Three Stooges, and The Little Rascals/Our Gang as a child, too. I think the Laurel and Hardy Haunted House film is The Laurel and Hardy Murder Case.

Hi Marshall,
Thanks for the name of that one, I'll have to check it out! There probably wasn't that much choice of what to watch back then... fond memories that shaped my Donna Reed and I Love Lucy life. I do get nostalgic for yesteryear and enjoy the boxed sets.

Hi L2T,
You're welcome. I'm a fan of the classic TV shows of yesteryear, too. Lucy, Donna Reed, Leave It to Beaver, The Honeymooners, etc., they're all fun to watch years later.
Take care,
Marshall
