Someone had replied a couple days ago to this post, then after all this time (almost 7 months!) it was moved here and the person's post was deleted!

Update for this thread--Paul WILL be on with Jimmy Fallon's Tonight Show Thursday December 17, 2020, according to their website. I am assuming it will be by Zoom, as Paul is scheduled for the BBC 1 interview with Idris Elba in London this week.

On again, off again! LOL! So now he'll be on 12/17/20? My birthday!

Since DirecTV doesn't get NBC anymore and won't let us watch through the app, I'll have to try to watch it live on Locast (but they keep interrupting with ad to donate $5/mo to them!) or maybe it will be on You Tube. *fingers crossed*

Nancy, there are two NBC streaming services that you can install and watch on your PC (or as a streaming app on your TV or phone ) They have all of the NBC shows and programming (including Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live, The Voice, etc.) Don't think you can watch NBC live, as it's being broadcast, but the entire shows are available by the next morning. There may be a monthly fee, depending on your internet provider. You can choose to subscribe without paying a fee, but that just gives limited content.
NBC https://www.nbc.com/activate
Peacock (has more free content from NBC than app above) https://peacocktv.com
There will probably be clips on YouTube later of course.
Also, my cousin in Virginia had the same problem as you, where NBC was removed as a station from her satelliteTV. She did a google search and found there were some NBC stations (in major cities like NY, LA, Detroit, Chicago, etc.) that had 24/7 live streaming of their station on the internet, and after she found links to those stations she was able to watch NBC live on her laptop. If it were me I'd just search "Livestream NBC station"
You can also contact your local NBC station to see if they have a livestream link or app you can use. Not sure if that will help, but worth a try anyway!

Thanks Leslie - I already downloaded the Peacock app on my iPad so was able to watch a Dateline that I missed. The content takes about a week to be "unlocked" and available, but is great and with very few only 30 second commercials.
