Don't hold your breath. As you can see from the comments here, they're already screwing up.
Going to try to copy & paste a link.
IT WORKED!!!!!!!!! 🤯🥳🤩
Unbelievable! Now they need to fix the youtubes disappearing after an hour or whatever it is. There should also be an automatic spell checker. And when quoting photos they should be in a reduced size so that people can see what you are referring to.

The only thing I noticed with this link is that when you click on it, it doesn't open a new window, so you have to click the back button to get back on the Maccaboard!

In the Tour section: I checked to see if Soldiers Field had been corrected to Soldier Field (Chicago) for July 29, 1990 (last date of that tour). It is now not listed at all, and the two previous shows at Foxborough need to be added back in as well. Thanks!
-
In the tour section, under Wings Over The World:
https://www.paulmccartney.com/live/wings-over-the-world
When you click on SET LIST for Atlanta May 18th, the date above the songs says May 17th! Also, when you click on SET LIST for May 19th, the date above the songs says May 18th! And now I see it's not just Atlanta in 1976- all the Set List dates are one day earlier than they should be for EVERY CITY, EVERY TOUR!!

Some songs are still missing such CD Singles (example Summer of 59), One Off Appearances (example I'm Partial To Your Abrbacadbra) and Digital Singles (example Home Tonight), and few B Sides ( example Girls School)
and few others.

Good to see Wonderful Christmastime release duly noted in 1979 but no entry for Mull of Kintyre in late 1977. Huge hit as you know. Other songs from the singles-rich 1970s are also missing. Junior's Farm don't think was there
overall though, looks great. Keep up the great work
Thank you for checking out the site and we're glad you like it.
We are currently working on getting all the singles added to the site in both discography and in the timeline; so keep your eyes peeled over the coming months.
Some singles have already been added as moments on the timeline as we are promoting the 4k remastered music videos on Paul's YouTube channel.
Thank you from PaulMcCartney.com
Question for those in the know. The historian in me wants to know if the message board started 25 years ago as well.
I see I registered in 2002 and remember someone in the U.K. posting that the Queen Mother had passed away shortly thereafter. At the time seemed like a strange way to learn about this. She remains the only member of the Royal family that I have ever seen, doing so when she visited Aberdeen, Scotland where I once lived. -

I don't recall seeing anyone whose "Joined" date was any earlier than 2002. (I originally joined as Nancy R in March 2011, but had to make new screen name due to constant technical difficulties with my old one)

I haven't paid too much attention to join dates appearing after names but 2002 must be it on this board. Message boards are such a nineties thing as I remember getting on my first one (work related) prior to the year 2000.
I am sure you remember how much more active it was back in its early days (no pun intended on the song title of the same name). Prior to his 2002 Atlanta show, the thread for the show was seething with activity. No iPad then, had to sit at the desktop PC like a "proper" computer user rather than recline in this easy chair with iPad.
I will always remember taking MARTA into downtown Atlanta in 2009 for the Piedmont Park show, they had changed the names of some station stops so the visual signs differed from the announced stops. Fortunately the hotel we were in had a PC and I got on this board to warn people also using MARTA don't hop off at the wrong place and then have to get back on. This board has had very practical uses beyond our constant critique of the set list which we all know Sir Paul assiduously follows (yeah, right)

To give some kind of answer to a few posts back:
There was a Wingspan message board at the time when Paul released the Wingspan CD / record.
This came before the 2002 Paul McCartney message board. The Wingspan Board was crazy - it moved fast. It looked like instant messaging: Someone would post and 10 or more replies would follow (or something like an old chat room) - by the time you would reply - the subject changed. This puts it somewhere in the 2000'sI cannot say if there was anything in the late 1990's.
The early Paul McCartney boards were Devstars and some Vbb type before becoming PaulMcCartney dot com. -

John, I didn't realize you had been to all the Atlanta shows I was at! I skipped 2005 and 2009 though. Why didn't you go to the Duluth one in 2017? Piedmont Park in the summer of 2009 would have killed me due to the heat, rain and the fact it was general admission! I gotta have an air-conditioned indoor arena! 2005 I had twins in college so money was tight.

We may have briefly met and not even known it! I almost went to Duluth but was saving money for a long awaited return trip to Scotland and northern England.
Believe or not, Piedmont Park wasn't that terrible. Fortunately, the heat wasn't too bad and preceded this sodium deficienty I have since developed, otherwise...And as for the rain, I happened to have included a poncho and hat in my packing. Caught a local forecast that said "Just a 10% chance of rain tonight!" I thought, well it is 10% and took both to the concert. When the highly localized storm drenched Piedmont Park, we were ready and stayed while others fled.
Thank goodness Knoxville on Tuesday night was air conditioned and not outside like Winston-Salem where had a bad storm prior to the show and horrible traffic problems. The walk from the hotel was quite a challenge though as it was hilly.

John, Funny story: I met a woman at the 2017 Duluth, GA concert who got there about the same time I did (3:30) for soundcheck, etc. Turns out she bought her ticket thinking it was Duluth, Minnesota (near where she lives!) She figured, what the hell, I'll fly down to Atlanta and get a hotel! That venue was only 15 minutes from my house on surface streets (no interstate driving!) and has tons of free parking! I had dead center 3rd row seat - it was amazing! Two female doctors I worked with in the O.R. were there too. One had a front row seat and we ended up having dinner together.

That's a great story. Many people who did what that woman did would have sold their ticket but she wisely made the best of it. Sounds like you had a great time, so close to home and with people you work with.
I had second row back in the New world Tour in 1993 when tickets were $35.00 band some people thought that was high. The couple that sat beside us in Knoxville Tuesday spent more than that on beer, they said they were $14.00a can. Of course, the purchasing power of $35.00 is much diminished from what it was almost thirty years ago.

I wonder if this board will ever get that update?

When it does it will probably be even more confusing than it was when this one was "new!"
