I have seen this video of Sir Elton John singing John Lennon's Imagine before, but it just really struck an emotional chord with me this morning. Elton does the song justice. Just beautiful.

It is a sentiment that has been expressed by life's messengers of love and peace for centuries... "When your kingdom has come...your will, will be done...On Earth...as it is (being done) in heaven" It doesn't take a big stretch to see between the lines. Here we are up in the air with the one's who know and the one's who care.... and still struggling with our lower selves as well

I've always thought Elton's "Empty Garden" (lyrics by Bernie Taupin) was an exquisite tribute to John.
