Unreleased Beatles Songs Coming Out To Extend Copyright

According to this article: http://www.theguardian.com/music/2013/dec/12/beatles-copyright-apple-release-tracks There are going to be 59 previously unreleased Beatles recordings released on Tuesday in order to extend the copyright on them. Does anyone know more about this?

In Holland, where I am, the iTunes link came alive at 1am. Unfortunately I could not reach it, perhaps too many trying to get to it. I decided to try againm, early at 6 am , and the link was gone. So it's only available a short time. So if you want this 'officially', grab your copy asap. In Euros, it cost 9,99 Euro. Alas, I have to find another way, I suppose.

Listening in doses. Up to track 21 now! These are definitely upgrades from the bootlegs out there. There are reports that there may be more coming in a matter of days; note that there's almost nothing from "With The Beatles," so I guess that would be it, plus more BBC?
