Ringo's taken hundreds of pictures so I'm curious, wondering why he singled out this one he took in this way, actually wanting to "know who they are" (?). It's nice, though. Especially considering he reportedly doesn't want to give out autographs anymore, doesn't want to mess with it anymore.

A morning news show today revealed the people in the picture have stepped forward. Ringo now knows who they are. He thrilled them no end back then by speaking to them and taking their picture, after the concert. Now he thrilled them again!

But late this week, there was a break in the case. The six kids in the car all turned out to be Fair Lawn natives: Toth, Gary Van Duersen, Suzanne Rayot, Arlene Norbe, Charlie Schwartz. And one other person, partly seen in shadow behind Schwartz, who particularly intrigued Ringo. ?Who is he?? Ringo asked Tracy. ?He?s our mystery man.? In fact, his name was Matt Blender ? now deceased ? and he was Schwartz?s close friend. ?Me and my friend Matt, we were very, very tight,? said Schwartz, now a 67-year-old resident of Sonoma, Calif.
