Louise Harrison in Topeka, KS today

Louise Harrison is in Topeka, KS today, to promote her book "My Kid Brother's Band" - with the Liverpool Legends performing there this evening. She's having a tea before the show. http://www.wibw.com/content/news/Beatle-Sister-Louise-Harrison-returns-to-Topeka-with-Liverpool-Legends-447002193.html She did a TV interview yesterday (viewable in link above), and seems to be doing well. (I think she's about 86?) She mentioned that she handed a copy of her book to Paul, but he didn't much care for the title. Can't say as I blame him, as there has been issues lately of proper credits for his songs, as well as ownership of their rights, etc. Could understand how those issues would be on his mind, so he might be somewhat sensitive about that. But Louise explained that in the early '60s when she was trying to promote the Beatles at small radio stations, she wasn't comfortable saying the name of the band for some reason, she thought people would think of insects instead of a band, so she always said "this is a record by my kid brother's band." That's why she chose the title for the book.

Well, hum. Can't please everybody, I suppose.
