Well, what did everyone think? The guy was interesting but got a bit technical. He even mentioned the word "Aeolian!"
Thank God for the DVR so I could fast forward through the pledge drive stuff!

It wasn't long enough (the actual program). I rather enjoyed the technical stuff...I did not know about the 4 piano parts in Penny Lane and I have never heard the musical term "modal" in reference to Paul using it in She's Leaving Home. Unfortunately, I do not have a DVR so I had to put up with the pledge breaks.
: Now I REALLY want watch the DVD in my box set.

A little too technical for me too; I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I didn't know about the 4 pianos in Penny Lane either and more than one piano making the final note in A Day In the Life, though, that was cool

I already knew about the 4 pianos, etc. I thought it was cool that the host was British and could actually play the piano and sing!
