I remember this coming up before in some detail, somewhere, at sometime...but I cannot find the thread! So I'm gonna start one anew. Anyway, I was discussing with a friend recently about Beatles songs that Paul has not performed live as a solo artist. More specifically - Lennon/McCartney songs that Paul originally sang lead on, or significant harmony on. I've got a partial list of album masters. Please feel free to add to anything I've missed or miscounted. I've not included strictly John, George, or Ringo songs, or songs where Paul only had a little bit of harmony or background vocals. Please Please Me - Love Me Do (Not counting P.S. Love Me Do) - P.S. I Love You (Not counting P.S. Love Me Do) - There's a Place With The Beatles - Hold Me Tight A Hard Day's Night - If I Fell Beatles For Sale - Baby's In Black - What You're Doing Help! - Another Girl - Tell Me What You See Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band - When I'm Sixty-Four The Beatles (White Album) - Wild Honey Pie - Martha My Dear - Rocky Raccoon - Why Don't We Do It In The Road - Honey Pie Yellow Submarine - It's All Too Much Abbey Road - Maxwell's Silver Hammer - Oh! Darling

From this list, I'd love to hear "Maxwell's Silver Hammer", "Rocky Raccoon", or "Another Girl". I did find this. While it's not exactly sung, I guess technically it's a live performance!

Thanks for the list, but "It's All Too Much" is George! Anyway, I'd love to hear the same songs you mention.

I'd take Oh! Darling after a gentle warm-up of Why Don't We Do it in the Road.... I love his voice in these rockers, although understandably the voice would no longer be able to pull these ones off. Can understand why these haven't been on the roster.

Yeah, I guess that's a bit of a stretch to call Paul. I left it in because I love to hear Paul going higher and higher at the end..."too much! too much! too much!"... Always my favorite part of that song.

Also, I think out of that list...I'm most surprised Paul hasn't done "Another Girl" or "When I'm Sixty-Four".

I keep thinking I saw him do When I'm 64 in Atlanta in 2002, but alas, he didn't. Must have been in an alternate universe.

You all forgot about all the singles! 2014 is perfect timing for Paul to do "I Wanna Hold Your Hand" to mark Beatles 50th anniversary of landing in the USA "She's A Woman" - as far as I remember there's only one live version, and that is off MTV's Unplugged. "From Me To You", "Thank You Girl", "She Loves You" - I can't remember Paul singing these live at all. And there's also quite a bunch off the White Album too, that he's never done live before either...

What, you only like the singles? He sang She's A Woman like 10 years ago but not on American soil. I agree, this is the perfect year!
