The Truth always returns to haunt He showed his face with a clowns smile A young girl raised a smile. She liked what you did Yet when You saw her you snubbed her Such a dagger stuck in a child's heart As it is your show is no more Another man took a woman for a spin To see the near town folk Only to eye her prized writing Worried his bitterness of an acquainted past would come out He stranded her there and stole her works. Only later to discover she still writes Another friend who she thought as a friend Had eyed someone she once had as her man Her man which had drifted fell for her friend The two star crossed and gazed left their home The friend moved on and ran away Worried her folks for many aday to find they had wed Yet, all in all, the truth is shown A lying clown not care about the children He smiled and once had entertained Bitter words to the children he met Shredded the wonders of the children at the show The young ones watchers drifted away and his show was gone The couple who fled to wed They fell apart Lived their lives apart The old friend they once had was not around For they had lost their friend in the end For they pushed away a true heart Once the deeds made by lies a are played They are never truly hid The ones who were told the lies Through their fake smiles, and users hands The sorted love, the taken advantaged All their lies gave way to the haunting of the truth by Doris Ridge Mendlovitz

Doris, another wonderful poem. It is very true, people can lie and play mean games with others, but in the end, the truth comes out. One just has to be strong to go on. I believe in karma. The truth might hurt in the end, but it is better than not knowing. Thank you for posting.

I second this emotion hey_kittay... In a certain situation I am hoping the truth comes out soon... and the karma will follow...
