Adding to the list: The rare 'One After 909', 'Birthday' and 'Good Day Sunshine' appearances. 'Michelle' in the French territories. The Mull (nooooo) in the Scottish territories. 'Hope Of Deliverance' from the tour start. The rare times he did 'Things We Said Today' in 2013. 'Your Mother Should Know', dropped before the tour ever made EU properly (will never get over it.) 'Ram On' in Vienna '13. 'Kansas City' in... Kansas City 'Happy Birthday' for Ringo in July 2013 'Midnight Special' (noooooo) at Bonnaroo 2013 'San Francisco Bay Blues' at SF '13 and SF '14. What was "Good Evening New York City?"
A premature release. Had McCartney waited another year, the DVD results would've been magnificent (anybody who remembers Phoenix 2010 knows what I'm talking about). But, noooooo, consumers can't possibly see the value of a McCartney live-album unless there's a palpable Beatle connection.

The Space Within Us was issued 11-08, and Good Evening NYC was issued 11-09. That was nearly 6 years ago. Since then there have been three more tours: Up and Coming, On the Run, as well as the current Out There tour. It would be great to have a straight up live concert DVD from the Out There tour. Don't need any documentary or backstage stuff. Just 100% concert footage, including ALL the songs, from the beginning of the concert to "The End". And since Paul rotates songs from show to show, this could be a very long DVD! He obviously has a massive amount of footage that could be included.
The Space Within US came out in the fall of 2006. I can't watch it anymore; the hyper-saccharine adulation for Macca in the interview segments has become cringe-inducing.
There is a "juke box" feature in the bonus section where you can select to watch only the songs. That is my preferred way to watch it and skip all that other crap.

Boy indeed ;). I guess the only way he will ever release another live document, is through this way of singling out performances from all over the world. Tracks played most regularly on the current tour, not being released on a McCartney live DVD yet: 'Mr. Kite!', 'My Valentine', 'Ob-La-Di', 'Nineteen Hundred And Eighty-Five', 'And I Love Her', 'Another Day', 'All Together Now', 'Lovely Rita', 'Eight Days A Week'... So that says enough. Let's throw in 'Hi Hi Hi' and 'Listen To What The Man Said', not released since 'Rock Show' (1976, official release *gasp* 2013) and 'Save Us', 'New' and 'Queenie Eye' from the Japanese 'New' edition as well, and we still have a very skimpy sell... Still, point is, none of these gigs were recorded with the purpose of being released as such.

Haha, I'm pretty sure many of us here could sum this up off the top of their heads ;).

Could or would he issue a DVD from this tour focused on songs performed in the South U.S.A., called "Paul Back in the South U.S.A."
-
If you LOOK a little deeper in rabbit hole of the internet you can find great quality pro shots of Paul in Japan in 2013 and at the Budokan in 2015.

A highlights DVD is the way to go this time 'round. Too many surprises and one-offs to not document with an official release.

Robert, you crack me up!

Well, I mainly suggested that 'cause I had to miss the Columbia, S.C. concert. Also the South is a hotbed of music and was its birthplace. (Laughs) Guess I used some hyperbole on that last assertion.

Most official releases though have too many people giving affidavits about Paul being so good, rich, famous, cute, ageless, blah blah blah. As if we need to be reminded. Just show me the concert performance!
