"Put It There" (Cover)
-
Of the many incredible, brilliant songs that Paul has written over the last 6 decades, "Put It There" has always been one of my favorites. The infectious melody, the gorgeous, sparse guitar and string arrangement, and the beautiful, relatable lyric about the relationship between a father and son have always stuck with me. Whenever I hear the recording, I vividly remember sitting in the back seat of my parents car with my brother, listening and singing along with it on repeat with our Dad. Since "Flowers In the Dirt" was re-issued a few weeks back, we thought it would be fun to celebrate it's re-release by doing a 3-part harmony arrangement of "Put It There" with our dad! Hope you enjoy!

Thank you so much! We grew up listening to CSNY, so that's a huge compliment for us!

Thank you, oobu! Nice, I've always liked that picture - if I remember correctly, I think it was from the cover of Rolling Stone promoting the "Chaos and Creation in the Backyard" album)
