I've never ordered tix from CrowdSurge before. I purchased two tix to the Quebec show, and received an email from them saying that they were dispatched last Friday (a week ago). Tickets never arrived! They did respond to my email inquiry and said they'd make arrangement for duplicate pickup at venue. Has anyone else had experience with ticket purchases via CrowdSurge. Is this just a fluke? I don't understand why there is no tracking information when their website says that for U.S. customers, they use FedEx, which always has a tracking no. and requires a signature.

I only just got my bracelet for Quebec City and it was less than a week from the event. It came by regular mail, not even Fed EX, or Priority Mail. I was very anxious until I got them. Never had this experience before. Don't like it. With other sites, I was always able to print out an e-ticket. Like that much better.

Occasionally things have gone wrong with delivery of tickets from Crowd Surge as reported on this board, but at least with me they have an excellent record. Last November for the Houston show the venue did not send the tickets to them in time for Crowd Surge to deliver them to ticket buyers. I was one of those buyers. Crowd Surge arranged for everyone to pick up their tickets at will call. It was all good, an easy transaction. If they have told you to pick up at will call, it should be OK. Just remember to bring your confirmation email and the credit card you used to buy the tickets and a picture ID.

Your experience is universal to all ticket agencies and their response too has followed standard industry practice. Just remember that if the originals turn up now they will not work at the venue. You must now collect the duplicates from the box office on the day as arranged. Follow advice given already to bring proof of original purchase - e-mail confirmation, the credit/debit card used and a form of photo ID such as driver ID or passport. Whilst it is most likely your envelope is just stuck in a mail sack somewhere the possibility that it was stolen does exist and misuse intended so this industry standard practice, whilst inconvenient, is there to ensure you get the experience you purchased. Have a great show! Martin
