Animal Rights Activist stealing pets from the Homeless

Too many Animal Rights Activists don't believe in the concept of pets, companion animals or working animals. In France, they're stealing companion animals from homeless people because they believe homeless should not have pets. I see it as two homeless beings trying to help each other.
