Paul, Come To Australia
-
Excellent!!! We would've been sitting a couple of metres away from each other for Melbourne night 1 as I had 3rd row centre haha!
-
Hi Guys, Moptops, how do you manage to get front row seats??? I thought they were usually reserved for media and vips. I didn't think fans could get them. I would absolutely love to be front row centre if Paul tours. It would fulfill all my dreams!!!!!!Glad you enjoyed the concert. Cheers Chrissie

Hi Chrissie, I dabble in the media, hence I was lucky to score front rows via contacts and those "in the know." I've now met Paul in Las Vegas (Love at the Mirage 2011) and Ringo in Melbourne. The closest I've been to McCartney in concert was row 4 centre at Manchester (hot sound package, which includes soundcheck access) and at The Joint in Las Vegas 09, which was like seeing him at a nightclub.

Wow!!! How lucky are you to be able to travel the world to see Paul. I only wish!! I saw Paul in Adelaide in '93, row 10 which was awesome but I was apparently so overcome, I can't remember half of the concert!!! ops: I still have my tickets for the Melbourne concert which were row 11 almost dead centre. Oh well, I have waited since 1963 to see him so a few more years won't hurt, that's if he is still fit enough to tour and I'm fit enough to go!! Although I would attend in a wheelchair if I had to. Hey, that's a good idea!!! I might get front row if I was in a wheelchair!!! Cheers Chrissie

Keep the faith! Although I am able to travel to see him, it's for people like you I want him here one last time. I want all my friends who aren't lucky enough to travel, to experience what I do each year... I hope you get to experience it Chrissie.

Thanks Robert, I am still hoping to be able to travel to England one day and do the "Beatle" thing. I don't quite understand why he won't tour here. He would sell out!!!And hey, it is the best country in the world!! Anyway, maybe Ringo coming here will make him think 'cos as we all know, Paul is very competitive. We can only live in hope. Cheers Chrissie

What do you reckon guys? Will Paul get out here for "Out There!"? Fingers crossed as always eh?
-
Well the blurb on the PM page states "touring the world," so that's encouraging. The not so encouraging part is that the world according to McCartney, consists of Europe and the Americas.

Hey Barrie Marshall! Think of us, PLEASE!!!! !!!!!
-
Robert, Who's Barrie Marshall??? I don't know how they can call it a World Tour!!! Come on Paul, we are almost like Family. In fact, I do believe you have relatives in Australia. So what is stopping you???? Australia is the safest most financially stable country in the world so your safety and income would be assured. So what is it that keeps you away????? Damned if I know : Cheers Chrissie
-
I agree with DrivingFan, I think Paul will be coming to you sometime on this tour. Maybe in November or December...

Chrissie, Barrie Marshall is Paul's long time tour man. "Badger" from Marshall Arts.

Well, with 'Out There!' being marketed as a world tour I have a little hope. And he says he's going to places he's never been. 38 years almost counts as never, yeah? Analytically speaking, the Beatles seem to have had a slight surge of popularity down here and with a new album coming, it'd seem to make sense to me.

Crossing my fingers here! More announcements over the next few weeks I read?
