I used to take several cayenne red pepper pills after I ate, and besides speeding up the metabilism, it made me feel good
Cayenne pepper pills are cheap. I got a huge thing of cayenne red pepper in a jar once and bought empty capsules from a pharmacy to fill them with the pepper, but never got around to it. I still could do that though. Would recommend this to y'all. Supposed to help guard against some kinds of cancer, and help relieve pain, too. I think it does all that.
