Maybe you could chisel out the center & use it as a computer case!
Except it's shaped like the body of a guitar so a square computer won't fit If the guitar was large enough...it would.
I'm just glad it's different from last year. I like the clock, it's different.

The clock is very cool. I love it. I just wonder why they didn't do it in the shape of the Hofner.
It's not big enough for a laptop case, but I'm sure you could make a tablet fit. One thing about the commemorative tickets -- they gave out some bags with Tampa commemorative tickets by mistake. They went around asking everybody to check theirs, but I know that some people had already taken theirs to their cars. edit: yet another typo. My typing still hasn't recovered from hearing Temporary Secretary. -

Could be a copyright/trademark/licensing thing, prob can't do without permission from Hofner. And even for Paul, maybe they just didn't want to give it for a clock.

Right, I did prefer last year's throw blanket, which I love and use basically everyday in the winter, versus the beach towel, which I have less use for. The clocks will at least make cute gifts for young family members. Either way, I don't go to soundchecks for the swag, so it's all a nice bonus.

Thank you for posting the pic, AcresOfFun! I have the swag from 2016 summer, w the blanket, I do use that in the winter too. At first I wasn't going to use it, just save it, but then I thought, why not...

It's probably the same as what AcresOfFun posted, the picture -- I don't think they change during the current leg of the tours.

I know the Japanese merchandise was different, and I think the SA merchandise was different last time too. Does anybody know for sure?
