How do I put an avatar???

If you click on 'profile' in the far left hand side menu, and then scroll down to the bottom of your profile page, you should see an Avatar Control Panel which is what you need access to. Also there is more infomation here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/faq.php#11 .
