Digital Downloads--Is the Redeem Button Broken?

I recently purchased "Ram" Deluxe Edition and "Oceans Kingdom," both of which come with digital downloads. However, when I go to www.paulmccartney.com/redeem to claim the downloads, nothing happens when I click the "Redeem" button. I have tried this in different browsers (Chrome, IE, Firefox) but with the same result. How can I get my downloads? Thanks!

Sorry to learn you are experiencing issues with your download. :sad: I have just attempted to utilize the Redeem feature in multiple browsers as well and have received the same result. Do the downloads expire? I purchased the deluxe archives packages, but I've never redeemed any of the HD files. I had a limited amount of disc space, and didn't see the point at the time

^ Hi Don, I am not sure if the downloads expire, I have never experienced such or received a complaint of such. In this particular instance it was the Redeem feature that was not working. Clicking on the Redeem button failed to produce a pop-up box to enter one's code for redemption. I am happy to report that the issue with the Redeem feature has been repaired. Anita

Thank you, Anita. Yes, the Redeem button is now working again. My "Ocean's Kingdom" download is in progress, and I'll start with the "Ram" download when that's finished. Thanks for the prompt response and resolution. You guys are great. And, may I say, this is an awesome website. You do Macca proud.

Just to let you know, I successfully downloaded the digital content for "Ram." Not only does that answer the question whether the Redeem button works, but for those concerned that older content may no longer be around, the deluxe "Collection" version of "Ram" came out in 2011. Five years later the downloadable content is still available. Thanks, again!

This appears to not be working again. I just went to redeem my WOA code and the button doesn't work in multiple browsers.

Can anyone help me ? I am trying to redeem download from remastered deluxe box set through this website. I get to where you press redeem and then a blank screen. No place to enter the code.

It’s seems to have been this way for quite a while, either a blank screen on one browser or a button that doesn’t respond on another.

Just dug out a bunch of cards from my sets, wanted to download the hi res. In Edge browser the redeem button does nothing, in Firefox it opens a new tab, which never loads.

Is there someone to email about this?
