Wings At The Speed of Sound download

Hi I have recently spent a fortune purchasing all of Paul McCartney's Deluxe Cds. I have had problems downloading Ram, Band on the run, and Venus and Mars tracks so far but Topspin have been helpful and I am getting there slowly. I have now come to Wings at the Speed of Sound and again have encountered problems Topspin are helping again, however I cannot understand how I do everything right, inputting my Google account correctly etc. until it gets to the point where it says click to download, so I do and then it asks for a store login! I have never been given a store login - has anyone else negotiated this successfully or is it simply a site error?
