When I googled this forum on my droid...

...the selection came up with the warning that I had been banned...after scratching my head and trying to figure out the 'why and when's', I typed in my name and password anyway and it let me right in...I've subsequently googled it several times since on the droid and came up with the same results...Obviously I must not be banned since I'm here...so what gives?

It's just a peculiarity of google that brings up a cached page with that message. Their automated systems - googlebots - crawl all over the internet gathering data ahead of search queries to provide swift returns and that page clearly has been found by their system at one time or another. We have had this question asked before when similar returns have been seen by members. It causes the odd thought when seen - but is definitely nothing to do with the member concerned. Martin

I keep on getting locked out of the site when using this on a network, after googling. What happens is that I always used Google to help find threads since the search results from within the site don't work very well. Anyway, now when I run my search to find a thread on "Red Rose Speedway" I Google "Red Rose Speedway Maccaboard" and when I click on one of the hits it takes me to http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2483775&sid=49438b8bf1c9da94bdcf0dd5a78207a1 which I can see ok, but if I try to do anything from there it says "forbidden" and I'm then locked out of the site until I delete all my cookies!
