Possible to Exchange Tickets

We have tickets to the New Orleans show. Because of the reschedule. we are unable to go on the new date. Is it possible to exchange for a different show? San Diego, for example?

Were you given options when the dates were rescheduled? If Ticketmaster, call them and tell them you can't make the new date and they should refund money. Don't think it's an exchange. If Crowdsurge, I don't know the answer.

Hi, I am unaware of a ticket exchange program, but you are eligible for a refund if you are unable to attend the rescheduled concert. Please contact your ticket seller for further details. My brother and sister in-law aren't able to go to the New Orleans rescheduled show too, but because they bought their tickets on stubhub, they have to sell them themselves. Stubhub doesn't offer refunds for postponed shows.

Paul McCartney has confirmed that he will, however reluctantly, heed medical advice to rest up just a bit longer to fully recuperate from the virus that forced the reschedule of his recent dates in Japan and Korea. New Orleans date is rescheduled to October 11, 2014 at 8pm. Customers that have mailed tickets must return tickets for refund. Otherwise all refunds are point of purchase. Refunds must be requested prior to new date. Previously purchased tickets are good for the new date of October 11, 2014.

That is a shame. Was that made clear at the time of purchase?
