I'm from Taiwan, and I had bought 4 tickets of the upcoming concert @osaka 11/12 my tickets were bought from CrowdSurge but until now I still haven't got my tickets I wrote the massage to CrowdSurge for help, they said they had confirmed that my tickets were in transit,But it's just two weeks to the date, and I didn't live in Japan,I'll go to Japan on 11/9,and I'm very worry that I wouldn't get the tickets before I went aboard ..... Is this case normal ? and is there any solution ?

Usually Crowd surge sends their tickets two weeks prior to concert date. I wouldnt worry too much. If you look back just about every concert has a thread with the same question as you and in all of those cases they recieved their tickets I. Time.

Hi and welcome to the message board! Sorry to learn that you have not yet received your tickets, but yes, this is "normal" for Crowdsurge. Choosing standard mail delivery, tickets purchased via Crowdsurge typically arrive about ten days to two weeks prior to the concert date. You indicate that you have contacted Crowdsurge and that they have confirmed your tickets are in transit. This time frame is on target per the Crowdsurge delivery policy and you should be receiving your tickets very soon. Please note the ticket delivery policy for CrowdSurge: http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/ (Click Ticket Delivery, then click When will I receive my tickets?)

When will I receive my tickets? Please note that generally all tickets are sent 2-4 weeks before the show. This is because for most shows we receive the tickets for the event ourselves 2-4 weeks before event date. Once your ticket order has been dispatched you will receive an automated email notification*. Should your selected delivery method contain a tracking number/reference, this will included in the email notification for you to monitor the delivery status. * please insure that you do check your spam/junk email filters as this email notification can be blocked as spam by certain email applications. You can also log in to your account on [CrowdSurge[/color">](https://www.crowdsurge.com/support/account.php?link=5b5597a1&cs_css=support]<strong><span style=) to check whether your tickets have been sent and retrieve your Tracking Reference Number where applicable. If you?re unable to log in then please refer to our [account log in help page[/color">](http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/]<strong><span style=). If the event is less than 5 days away and you still have not received any Dispatch Confirmation email then please use the link at the bottom of this page to send us a query. Please include your Order ID number, email address that the tickets were purchased with and the details about the relevant show. http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/?link=6071f267&cat=delivery&type=2&cs_css=support

Please watch for your ticket delivery and remain close to Crowdsurge, contacting them with any further concerns. From time to time, we've had other members in the past that failed to receive their tickets within the expected time frame. In those rare instances, the tickets already in transit were canceled and duplicate tickets were issued at the venue box office. I hope this information helps. Anita

THANK YOU, (((((PAUL)))))!!! WE LOVE YOU!!!

Perhaps you can get it delivered to the place in that you'll be staying in Osaka? I have mine delivered to a B&B where I'll be staying. Not sure if this is the best solution.

Hi I have yet to receive a ticket for Nov 12th show which is less than 3 business days away. So I just used their customer support and explained about the situation. Then I got this reply YESTERDAY.

We can confirm that these tickets were dispatched from the UK on the 23rd of October and were received in Japan by Japan Post a few days ago. As such you should be receiving your tickets soon. Let us know if they haven't arrived by tomorrow and we will be happy to further assist you.

If I do not receive it today, I will never ever get it anyway because the Japan Postal Service does not deliver the regular mail during weekends. Actually so many Japanese fans who purchased tickets from Crowdsurge have not gotten anything from them..... I will wait for a few more hours. Sincerely, Koichi

I am in Sydney and waiting for my tickets to arrive for shows 19th and 21st in Tokyo. In a way I'm a bit relieved that I'm not the only one having the same problem. I sure hope duplicate tickets can be issued at the venue. otherwise, i am waiting anxiously for the postman every weekday.

As far as I know, some Japanese fans received registered mails but none of them received regular mails from Crowdsurge. Registered or not it is highly unlikely for the Japan Post Office to fail to deliver so many mails on time I have yet to get a reply from CrowdSurge Customer Support.

Dear Koichi san: I feel so bad that you and your friends had the same problem as mine. Actually I had already call to CrowdSurge's UK office twice, trying to find out the solution, and my conclusion is: 1.many people like us from worldwide had the same problem 2.CrowdSurge tells me that they are trying to gather all the list of people who still haven't got the ticket, and will send it to osaka, then we can exchange our tickets at the stadium by showing our order receipt or order number. 3.After all these mass and disappointed customer service,I'm not sure the solution they gave is reliable or not... After all,I will be in Osaka tomorrow, even if the tickets arrived,I would not able to receive,so now all I can do is waiting for the show date come, and trying to find some local customer service at the stadium, and show them the associated document that I brought, hope to get the real ticket.... So,what's your plan if the show date come?

Hello fans,. Paul?s Japan Tour is just about to start, all Japanese fans are very looking forward to meeting Paul soon, very first time in 11 years! I, however, would let you know unbelievable ticketing situation on the fans who bought the tickets via this official site. May I allow to state the situation little bit here? Many Japanese fan ordered tickets in September via this site but not a few of them have not received the tickets for Paul?s second show in Osaka held on 12th, next Tuesday. Actual Tickets selling was executed by Crowdsurge and their response on fans? queries in respect of the ticket delivery problem is terrible enough, their answer has been inconsistence, furthermore, they still to say how those who are involved in the problem will be helped by them, they have not made instructions about willcall as of yet. Kyodo Tokyo, event promoter for this Japan Tour, should be involved in the process, or at least has some responsibility ( the tickets are printed on Kyodo?s paper) but they neither have made appropriate announcement for fans in the trouble. Kyodo Tokyo is in charge of VIP tickets arrangement, which was sold at this site but their treatment on them is also terrible, which does not deserve for VIP. I believe the current situation is shame, because fans who bought the tickets via the official site have been involved in the trouble and which seems not be solved soon.

Hi I just got a reply from Crowdsurge which askes me to wait until tomorrow. If they have not reached me by tomorrow, they will be able to arrange for will call collection. One way or another I think I will at lease enter the venue. But I think you should ask Crowdsurge to have a contact with the local promoter to set up the special information center for non Japanese fans. PM sent to you Sincerely, Koichi

Dear all: This is the latest feedback by CrowdSurge about the ticket problem: We are sorry to hear you are unable to locate your tickets. In light of this, we are happy to arrange for your ticket(s) to be available for collection at the venue box office, on the night of the show. Please ensure you provide the following information in order to collect your ticket(s) ? Your booking confirmation email (please note that the name on the ID must match that shown on the original order confirmation email) ? Photographic identification (driving license or passport) Tickets will be available for collection from the door opening time, which can be found on your booking confirmation. We hope this helps, however, please do not hesitate to contact us should you require any additional assistance. Sounds like a responsible answer than former answers Hope everybody gets the tickets in the end!

None of us has recieved tickets by regular mails... I was confirmed that I would pick up tickets at the box office from 5:00PM onwards. But it is higly unlikely for all of us to get tickets by show time(7:00PM). The venue has the strick rule for what time to end the show ;10:00PM. If Paul agreed to delay the start of the show, he would have to cut the show realy short...... I also talked with the local promoter who has no knowlege of willcall collection?????

My ticket on 21st hasn't arrived yet too. Still not a red-flag situation compared to those who are going for earlier dates. I feel for you guys. Luckily I requested it to be sent to a Tokyo resident where I'll be staying...even that, I'm not sure if it will be delivered on time before the concert. If the ticket hasn't arrived 3 days before the concert, I wish there's a way to actually collect it earlier rather than the night itself. Hope everything will turn out alright for you guys, ENJOY THE SHOW!!!

Hi, Others have reported issues with receiving their tickets for the Japan concerts as well. I had offered advice on the first page of this thread here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2741352#2741352 and in another thread here: http://maccaboard.paulmccartney.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=2743859#2743859 You have not indicated which Tokyo concert you are attending, but if the first or second, you are within five days of the concert date. At this point, Customer Support at Crowdsurge suggests the following: http://www.crowdsurge.com/support/

In the past, members that failed to receive their tickets prior to the concert date had their original dispatched tickets voided and made arrangements for reissued tickets at the venue box office. Please be sure to bring with you copies of the two e-mails indicating the tickets that you purchased and the dispatch notice (if already sent), along with photo identification and the card used to purchase the tickets. As Crowdsurge suggests, you should contact them at this point with your concerns. I hope this information is helpful. Anita
