Stunned when I heard the news. I won't say I was a huge fan of Bowie, not one song of his in my collection, except his collaboration with Queen in Under Pressure But I sure as hell really appreciated some of his songs. And certainly appreciated his place in music. Even if not my total cup of tea. But undeniably, he was (is) a legend. A very sad day for the music world, and those beyond. RIP David Bowie. Legend

RIP David Bowie I couldn't find a picture of Bowie and George. I guess they never met. Anyone know if George and Bowie ever met?

I remember seeing pictures of David at the Apple Boutique store launch. So I'm sure they probably did at some point.

I was stunned as well. I guess only his family and close friends knew about the cancer. He just turned 69 on the 8th. He was the answer to the "birthday question" on Entertainment Tonight that evening.

What about "Fame" with John Lennon? I loved that and so many more of his songs.

I have been following him on Instagram. So shocked. It was like he was a person who was immortal in my mind. With John: Praying for his family.❤️
