the shadow's song reminds me status quo's rain song,all bands have some influences so same with status quo,i'm judging the final reult and i definetly think that they rock
100% agree with you George, all bands do have influences, in this case i think Quo went to far.. another case i worked on was Led Zeppelin v ABBA, Robert Plant was none to happy when ABBA stole the money aspect from the famous Led Zep song.. LED ZEP
ABBA The most famous case i worked on was Queen (the band) v Queen (the monarch) Liz (the Queen) felt Freddy Mercury didn't look anything like her to be called the Queen, I tried to explain to Liz, Queen were a band and showed her a photo of the band, straight away she pointed to Brian May and said he looks like me!! later with members of the royal household and Brian it was decided Brian should get a perm.. Brian to his credit was honoured to accept this decision but didn't realises 42 later he would still have to keep his locks as a perm.. for me it was a result with both parties walking away happy at the time

your missing the point Geo, Led Zep clearly had the title Money before ABBA, ABBA had to add another 2 Money's to their title or face being sued..

Turkey 2 was raised from the ashes of the once mighty Greece, Prince Darth will fill you in on the great changes happening as we speak, one of our greatest son's has taken the charts by storm and has welcomed becoming a Turkey 2
