New Mariah Carey "reality" show slated to cover her new tour and preparations for her upcoming big wedding to an Australian billionaire. She hated doing "American Idol" as a judge, and now this? Might be some exciting fights (?) as it will entail showing her and her betrothed interacting. Or is that just wishful thinking, LOL.

Seen at local pawn shop: Elton John Doll !! In original box, and the doll really looks just like Elton. Price: $69.79--wonder what this doll would fetch on the Net? Mia Farrow tweeted Madonna has a chair with Mia's face on it, and showed the chair, it's fancy and boasts Mia's visage circa "Rosemary's Baby" days. Mia thinks it's odd. Saw David Bowie with Bill Clinton on Bill's twitter--Bowie posed in the Oval Office alone, and then with Bill. Pix show a different side of Bowie. He's dressed sort of preppy in them, too.

After Bruce Springsteen canceled his Greensboro N.C. concert because of the anti-LGBT law the GOP governor passed, a smugly grinning GOP head honcho in the state announced bizarrely, "That's okay, we can get Justin Bieber instead" or words to that effect. UPDATE: Justin Bieber (and Beyonc?) really are scheduled to perform in N.C. this summer. No word yet as to their plans to go through with it.

Boston and Pearl Jam just canceled gigs in N.C., due to the notorious anti-LGBT law that got passed. Boz Scaggs hasn't stormed out of his planned upcoming concert at Crown Theater in N.C. One wonders why he has not. Boston and Pearl Jam bands each issued quite eloquent statements on their stances. Made a lot of sense.

Gene Simmons of "Kiss" came right out and said Prince was a "pathetic" junkie who did it to himself, so Simmons feels little sympathy. Simmons bragged he's never popped a pill, shot up, smoked hash or weed, or even drunk alcohol (his weakness was having 12,000 groupies). An immediate backlash resulted online, with one poster going so far as to say he wished Simmons had died instead of Prince.

Ozzie Osbourne cheated on his wife Sharon and moved out of the house. Sharon said on her show "The Talk" that she's stunned and very comforted by a huge outpouring of emotional support on the Net--apparently a high Q rating (she's very popular) on TV trumps a million or so Black Sabbath fans. She said she doesn't know if they'll get a divorce. Reports claimed Ozzie is having an affair with a famous L.A. hairstylist--seems like his hair would look better, then, than it does

What's up with this, I saw pix of Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom on dates a lot, recently, and suddenly see pix of Bloom with Selena Gomez in Las Vegas practically making out in public !!?? He isn't all that cute. Anyways, I feel bad for Katy Perry, unless she got tired of him, too. Or whatever happened. So apparently Gomez is not the subject of that icky wispy Justin Bieber song that goes "my mama don't like you, and she likes everyone" or Orlando Bloom wouldn't want to hang out with her. (?)

Sharon Osborne revealed Ozzie was caught messing around with nannies, too--must have been a long time ago, and she took him back, then--odds are she will this time, too. Taylor Swift, Madonna and Lady Gaga wore ugly outfits, hairstyles and make up at the ultra ritzy Met gala--they were done up in Goth S & M looks--I'd thought you're supposed to look beautiful at that thing. So what were they thinking? Or not thinking--it appears they were air heads while planning their festive attire. Maybe creative people should get a Hail Mary Pass for being creative in general. (?)
