"That Was Waaay Cool" ~ Lady's Comment At End Of Vid NORWEGIAN WOOD
STRAWBERRY FIELDS ...the last half of this is awesome...hope you listen with good headphones or channeled through a good sound system...the drummer gets very creative -
Not a bad version, but nothing special.

Really? I thought it was pretty unique, in a good way! I've never seen a group like that, and the drummer deserves more attention...very swim-drum style...reminded me almost of Ringo on "Tomorrow Never Knows". And the almost double bass thing is very cool...if not, the definition of special.

I liked it a lot, actually.
Here's another interesting "Norwegian Wood" with an extra harmony added to the entire song. Really cool:

It's definitely pretty...like Peter, Paul and, Mary pretty.
But I think it's too much folk for the song. The only thing keeping it from a pure folk song, is the sitar...and the harmony is a bit overbearing. Cool find tho

It sounds a lot like the version CSN did live on their last tour. I think they're working on a covers album. I like the folk vibe, as it sounds pretty cool to me, so...

I love the double bass and the high pitched free flowing cymbal work. I think the live sound of actually being there would have been awesome. The recorded sound with the occasional background noise of the wind is probably distracting to some. They're really warmed up and rollin' around 3:30 through the end. Overall...It's an Awesome Sound on a peaceful sunny day...way cool!
