          Wow, only 2 posts on this thread? Haggard was one of the greats. I think I'm going to pull out my old copy of "Pancho and Lefty" tonight. Haven't listened to it in years, and it's a fine, fine album.

            He was such a cool dude and great musician. Gonna miss him. Heard about how he heard Johnny Cash perform while he was in prison and it Influenced him to be in music. He had a hard life and persevered. RIP Merle.ð???
