Denny Laine w/Steve Holley and The Cryers
-
Found out about this concert in Duluth, GA, about 15 miles from where I live, today from Rick Glover (Fans On The Run) on FB. Got a ticket in row J center. Saw Rick and his friend Bob outside and they had an extra VIP ticket for front row plus meet-and-greet that they gave me! Had a blast - Denny signed a setlist I managed to get, and Steve gave me a drumstick he used and signed it! Here's a cellphone pic of Denny. Sorry a bit blurry. I brought my regular camera and thought it was in my purse, but it fell between the car seats and it was too far (and too hot outside!) to go back for it.

Nancy, Thanks so much for the report and pictures. You keep up with the former Wings' members so well and you seem to get to see them perform on a regular basis.. I'm jealous! I would go well out of my way to see Denny, Steve and Laurence perform separately or together. Hopefully down the road I will get a chance. Curious as to what songs you remember they performed. Any late period Wings?

The name of the band here is the Cryers. They've played with Denny, Lawrence Juber and now Steve Holly. I've gone to see them and I've really enjoyed them! I'm waiting for them to play in my area!! Really enjoyed Spirits of Ancient Egypt, one of my faves.

. Didn't notice that at first, so left it in. Saw them a bit more than a year ago without Steve Holly and Lawrence Juber playing separately. Have seen them a few times! Really enjoy hearing Wings songs and it seemed everyone else did too!
