Has anyone heard of the band "The Broadstreets?" I just happened to come across a few of their setlists and they seem to be performing Paul's Out There setlist in its entirety with a few exceptions or other covers thrown in. I couldn't find much information about them, despite the fact that they've apparently appeared at festivals and have performed across the USA. -Rubber Soul13

So apparently the band is a tribute band covering McCartney's tours (almost exactly - including the encores) with an occasional cover by another artist thrown in. I've been able to find no further information on them other than their setlists. I came across a site that has them listed as performing at the Coachella Festival, but since they aren't mentioned on the Coachella website (or any other ones that I've come across), I'd say that it's probably wrong. Does anybody else know of this band? I just thought it was curious that they play Paul's concert setlists just as he does and I've never heard of them. -Rubber Soul13

So here's the newest update on this topic: the band played at the Coachella Festival on Friday, April 10th. Their setlist was again a near-replica of Paul's Out There setlist (with the additions of Honey Hush, Birthday, and Michelle and with the noticeable absences of Here Today and Hey Jude). Coachella did not have the band listed as a featured act, but according to a website featuring the setlists of the band, they performed there. -Rubber Soul13

The band is now taking it's show to South America. They've played last week in Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. Tomorrow and the 22nd they're performing at the Moviestar Arena in Chile. Judging from the fact that the arena has a seat capacity of 15,000 (and that they're performing there two days back-to-back) my guess is that they have a decent following. -Rubber Soul13

Checking back to see if anybody has any information on this band. I can't find any of their setlists online anymore (they must have been taken down). I remember hearing that a documentary was going to be made about them to be aired on television and that they were rated one of the top tribute bands in the world. I'm wondering if they're duplicating McCartney's One on One tour now? -Rubber Soul13

I'm suspicious about the tour dates listed in the above link. On 7th November 2015 it says they played the SSE Hydro in Glasgow but it was actually U2 who were playing there that night, so something doesn't add up. This band claim to tour the world, again in the link above, yet no-one seem to have any concrete information about them - this thread alone has been going since June 2015 yet not much more information has been found about them.

Thanks for the post, Andy. I thought the same thing, johnny. Something just doesn't add up. If they've performed for "thousands of people", then there would surely be a video of them somewhere (or at least additional information!). If I'm remembering correctly, AXS TV was the channel that was doing a documentary about them. -Rubber Soul13

Called this guy Todd Kramers bluff by asking him directly if this band really exists.
