So is that like a preview screening of an upcoming DVD Blu-Ray release then? I can answer my own query now:

The main talking point of the concert tour were the "live" wristbands given out to every concert-goer that pulsed colours in tune with the music.... Martin

Reading the review Coldplay have reversed the trend that we pleaded with Paul over. This is not a straight concert film - it's a tour documentary with performances cherry-picked from a variety of different venues - stadia down to club performances - interspersed with documentary footage of the band back stage, travelling etc. Exactly what we pleaded with Paul to stop doing to give us a straight concert performance - which he duly obliged us with in Good Evening New York City. But I suppose if that format is new to Coldplay fans it'll be well received. Martin

Tour-docs that include interview segments have their place. They just have to be done right. Back In The US is an excellent tour documentary, despite the non-music segments. U2's Rattle & Hum, which I saw in a movie theater, is another excellent one. I'm not a fan of Coldplay, but this year's Grammys softened my view of them considerably, so I'd be interested in seeing a documentary-style tour-film on them, mainly for learning purposes.
